We have a well equipped clinical gym space. We are experienced in treating patients with a range of complex conditions and disabilities.

It depends on the nature of your condition and the clinical needs that you have. We are happy to speak with anyone interested in our services on the telephone to discuss individual needs and advise accordingly. We also welcome visits to see the clinic and meet a member of the team at a prearranged time.

Most of our clients require an initial assessment before commencing treatment with us, however, there may be exceptions to this with certain group sessions. An initial assessment is key to enabling us to identify individual clinical needs and to discuss appropriate treatment (if indicated) going forwards. It allows us to obtain information on past and present medical history, medication, current challenges in day to day life and importantly what does the client want to achieve.

We pride ourselves in not just delivering a clinical service but also creating a community in which people can meet others managing similar challenges. The kettle is on, the coffee machine is ready and there is often a cake to enjoy!
