What does it involve?

An assessment with our PD Warrior™ instructor to ensure individuals are appropriate for the programme. During the assessment baseline measures will be completed on areas such as gait, balance, fine motor skills and dual tasking.

Following an assessment, one to one sessions (varies with each individual) are required to educate and coach individuals on the principles of the programme and to get them started on the 10-week challenge. As a licensed provider of PD Warrior™ we are able to offer access to the 10 week challenge. This offers 7 day a week therapy from the comfort of your own home via online exercise and education videos as well as a wealth of excellent information.

We provide assessments and 1:1 coaching sessions online and in person.

To help you get the most out of the programme you can join a PD Warrior™ group (online and face to face).

One to one reviews are encouraged on a regular basis to ensure each individual is optimising their abilities. It is important to address any difficulties as soon as possible so they can be addressed. Your specific exercise plan needs adjusting just like your medication to ensure it is giving you the best opportunity to be the best you can!
