Chloe focuses on improving stabilization and correct muscle firing patterns, tackling postural deviations and strength deficits with conservative treatment rather than surgical interventions. Chloe uses exercise and massage to best help her clients to reduce pain, achieve their fitness goals, and improve activities of daily living. She loves to learn new therapy techniques, be creative with exercise, and adapt training to enhance sports performance for persons with disability or chronic conditions.
Disability Sport and encouraging awareness of the underlying ability of physically challenged persons to become active in sport is a passion of Chloe’s. During the summer, she volunteers as a support kayaker for swimmers crossing the Solent for charity, which is a great way to promote this awareness and give back to the community.
