Caz Brutton

Caz is passionate about empowering individuals to unlock their full potential, especially those living with neurological or life-changing conditions. As Operations Manager and Physiotherapy Technician, she combines her leadership skills with empathy and a deep understanding of physical wellness to support others in both their personal and professional journeys.

Now that she has completed her physiotherapy degree, Caz is focused on applying her knowledge to help people build confidence, independence, and physical ability—while also supporting them in developing the skills they need to thrive beyond therapy.

Outside of work, she enjoys sampling new experiences, playing computer games, or curling up with a good book. Caz is also an avid puzzle solver who believes every challenge is an opportunity for creative problem-solving.
