Rachel Lasham

Rachel has always had a passion for adventure, and she brings the same enthusiasm to her role as a Physiotherapy Technician. She loves helping her clients build confidence and improve their quality of life, supporting them to achieve their goals—no matter how big or small.

Before joining LV, Rachel worked at a neurological rehabilitation centre as a Physiotherapy Assistant, supporting clients with acquired brain injuries and complex care needs. This experience, combined with her work at LV, has allowed her to develop a broad skill set and strengthened her commitment to helping people get the most out of life, regardless of the challenges they face.

In her free time, Rachel is very active and enjoys the outdoors, with a particular love of cold-water swimming. An interesting fact: she rode a C90 motorcycle across Canada in the winter and rowed 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean from the Canary Islands to Antigua—all in the name of adventure!
