Vicky Knight
Director and Physiotherapist
Vicky is passionate about supporting individuals with neurological conditions, using exercise as a key part of their rehabilitation. She has an infectious can-do attitude and goes above and beyond to support her clients in reaching their goals.
With a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Bath, Vicky went on to qualify as a physiotherapist at the University of Southampton in 2009. With experience in both the NHS and private sectors, Vicky has developed her clinical skills and learnt to integrate key principles into personalised treatment plans. She specialises in neurological rehabilitation and has worked with a wide range of conditions.
A clinical specialist in Functional Electrical Stimulation/Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (FES/NMES), Vicky has experience treating both adults and children. She is also a qualified PD Warrior™ instructor and regularly teaches healthcare professionals how to apply the PD Warrior programme and FES/NMES.
Clients describe Vicky as positive, energetic (a little like “Tigger”), and highly professional, always dedicated to bringing out the best in others. Her colleagues see her as passionate, determined, and someone who consistently goes the extra mile. When not busy working, Vicky enjoys being out on the water sailing and unwinding with a glass of wine.
